Today’s music is already tomorrow’s. Simon Rivet, our composer in residence, completes his cycle of four works based on the Elements, this time Fire. Veteran Ottawa composer John Armstrong offers us a bouquet of sound full of beauty, Arvo Pärt, with his so simple and yet so profound and beautiful music that send us in another world and yet so familiar, the deep melodies of Métis composer Ian Cusson and the imagination of a Canadian great, recently deceased, Serge Arcuri.
